Who am I?

Hi, I'm Esther, a biodiversity enthusiast and problem-solver. I combine my scientific knowledge with design thinking to develop practical, impactful solutions for your business.

My career experience spans research into agricultural science; working as an investigator, business analyst, senior advisor and project manager for the Ministry for Primary Industries; and using science communication and design thinking to develop resources for a rural audience.

I completed a year-long training program with States of Change on collaborative design. I then applied those skills, along with my science and project experience, to develop a user-centered approach for Farming with Native Biodiversity. Although the States of Change program was focused on designing government policy, the approaches taught are valid and useful across a range of topics.

Let's connect and explore how you can contribute to a healthier planet.
